What is Cyberteam’s Core Product?

CyberTeam’s Core Product is Contractors placed usually on contracts of 6 to 12 months. Permanent Placement Revenue is also earned but it is not Cyberteam’s Core Product.

What Jobs are available at Cyberteam?

There are two types of role available at CyberTeam which are :

Recruitment Consultants
Account Resourcers

Recruitment Consultants:

a) What do Recruitment Consultants do?

Recruitment Consultants manage Client Accounts, establish requirements, negotiate fee arrangements and present suitable Candidates to Clients for interview.

Recruitment Consultants are made responsible for established accounts and generating new business opportunities.

b) How are Recruitment Consultants paid?

Each Recruitment Consultant is set a Basic Target of Margin to be generated each month, relative to their base salary level.

Basic Salaries are in the range £25k to £100k dependant on success.

Consultants receive a Standard Bonus of 10% on all Margin earned by them each month on both Contract and Permanent roles , paid one month in arrears. Higher Rates of Commission are paid for performance above Basic Target in any month.

It is possible with this very progressive Bonus scheme for a consultants total income and level of basic pay to rise rapidly in response to business success in placing Contractors .

Account Resourcers:

a) What do Account Resourcers do?

Usually an Account Resourcer works with just one Recruitment Consultant.

Account Resourcers search for candidates to fill the job vacancies identified by their Recruitment Consultant, conducts telephone interviews with Candidates to assess their suitability for a role and liaises with the each Candidate before interviews with client .

Once in place the Resourcer maintains a link with a Contractor and resolves any issues arising from the Placement.

b) How are Account Resourcers paid?

Account Resourcers are paid a Basic Salary in the range £20k to £30k dependant on success.

Resourcers receive a Standard Bonus of 5% on all Margin earned each month on both Contract and Permanent role, where they have identified and secured the successful Candidate. This bonus is paid one month in arrears.

It is possible with this very progressive Bonus scheme for a Resourcer’s total income and level of basic pay to rise rapidly in response to business success in placing Contractors.
