Darren Pace
Sales Director
Darren is our Sales Director with over 20 years of recruitment experience. He runs an “open market” recruitment team of highly skilled and well-trained Delivery Consultants who continue to deliver quality resources to our clients, time and time again.
Darren is responsible for servicing all of our existing clients, prospecting to new clients, and training and developing our highly skilled Delivery Teams. Darren’s mission is for Cyberteam to become the go-to recruitment partner of choice in the Cyber Security industry.
Freddie Cross
Chief Executive Officer
Freddie is the CEO of Cyberteam and responsible for leading the business into the next chapter of Cyberteam’s journey, with the purpose of delivering our 2023 business strategy – to be a recognised market leader in all of our elected specialisms by keeping it simple and doing it better than everyone else.
As CEO Freddie is responsible for the growth, vision and strategy of the business. His specific focus is on sustaining the distinctive culture that has helped make Cyberteam so successful, through people attraction and the development of key client and partner relationships.
Tony Cross
Director
Tony has been the chief executive from 2012 and retired on 30th Sep 2022. He remains a Director of Cyberteam offering valuable mentoring to our Management Team.
In his career, Tony had the following involvement:
A Main Board Director of Computer People from 1985 until its acquisition by Adecco in 1998, Tony worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 25 years. This was followed with a spell as a Main Board Director of leading Hospitality Recruiter, Berkeley Scott.
